I am trying to buy a photo book from iPhoto when i go to buy ,it tells me card is for Australia store then shuts down ,i have no problem buying on iTunes

It is no longer possible to buy photo books from iPhoto at all in any country.
Apple stopped the support for print products from iPhoto and Aperture a month ago.
You can only order Photo books using the Photos for Mac application. See this link: https://www.apple.com/osx/print-products/
If you need to print a finished photo book from iPhoto, save it as a PDF file and upload it to a different Print service, for example Presto Photos.
